Convenient for my relatives living in Brookman’s Park
Negative: Found booking difficult. Unable to complete on line booking. Host did reply to my phone call. So all was well.

Clean, comfortable, good location
Positive: Clean, comfortable, good location for shops, train station
Negative: We couldn’t work out how to watch live telly (football was on). Clear instructions in property would be good

Will book again in similar circumstances.
Positive: Very convenient and quiet location. Well appointed and nice decor. Liked that tea, coffee, etc was left for us.
Negative: The house entrance is actually on Manor drive and the house number is small and partly obscured by a tree, so it took us a few passes to find the place.
It would be good to have a rubber mat in shower as the base is slippery, especially when there is soapy water.
It was not clear whether Zak read any of our emails or listened to a voicemail to say we were leav8ng a day early. So we got his check out email the day after we had left and hope that we left the flat as expected.

Negative: Airing the rooms is not possible, it is good for a 1 or 2 night stay but nog for a week
