Opuluxe Stays - The English Oak

Negative: Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. During the stay, there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the property, and the electricity repeatedly tripped when the electrical load increased, which was inconvenient. What made the experience worse was the communication afterward. I contacted the property several times regarding an issue with my reservation. I was repeatedly told that the matter would be looked into and that I would receive a response, but despite waiting and following up multiple times, I did not receive a clear resolution or proper follow-up. The property itself has potential, but these issues, particularly the poor communication and lack of follow-through, significantly affected my overall experience.
